As previously mentioned, we plan to implement this feature in a way so players won't have problems to obtain new refines or upgrade their refines. It will be a long process since not everything can be done in one week/event cycle but we will make sure to monitor the situation after maintenance.

you had 2 years to learn from, what have u been doing then, what have u learned? clearly you're dishonest and didnt learn anything, look at where we are now, all this coulda been avoided.

I would love to see this implemented, but don't get your hopes up. Group shop previously had x5 (10 total) refines daily and it was nerfed to 1 (2 a day) without notice might I add. If there is an increase don't expect it to be as good as you think. Probably 2 from space time and 4 from group shop.

How about answering any of my other questions? So far all We can see is thay yo only post things to either clear yourself out of this mess/justify the update, or to just keep assuring us that 'you do care about our opinion' and 'our feedback is always heard and taken into consideration'.

Could you provide me with at least 3 times our feedback was actually taken into consideration? Or our voices were heard? Just 3 specific examples for 3 years of the game. And no, you cannot consider Tsunade NPC as she's just a husk of her true shell she should be and nothing like we were asking for, so she doesn't count (and I think everyone will agree)

One of the biggest whales in our server told he's done with recharging after seeing what was done to the game. And I doubt he he'll be only one.

Oasis had choice of 2 things to do:

1) Keep things similar as they are, but keep making updates to keep game relevant. This way recharges would keep happening normally. Income=normal.

2) Push PTW content and pos 1 updates, so only most heavy whales keep recharging. This way low/mid/heavy-but-not-whales spenders and some of the whales would stop recharging, because there's no more point. Income=drops.

It seems we all saw what option Oasis did. And choice of doing things like china and push more FTP and low spender content to keep high playerbase and tempt FTP into low spenders and get income from large number of players instead of only few didn't even come to their mind, because "We're different from China".

Instead of doing base minimum to keep game on, they now have to work hard to keep players/get more players/make old players return. Well, it's their choice and so are their consequences. Seeing news of so many whales quitting/stopping recharging should have been enough of a warning of what not to do, but they did it anyway...

Edit: One of the things Oasis could have done is keep avd refines in group shop at 10/day. That way more people could have gotten lv10 refines by now and backlash for epic refines would have been lower. Instead they were nerfed to 2/day and that caused even less players to have refines needed for epics. No wonder backlashes for refines were so big at both times. No surprise there. Current game gives impression of quick cash-in instead of a game we should stay in and keep spending on. Good luck fixing situation you created. Instead of working smart, you decided to work hard.

I am a super whale also and i would like that this refinement issue wont go that quietly.

what i want to say that as many whales commented... for us it is a hobby so we can afford what we spend in the game, but also we are not morons to be driven to spend in things we do not like.

This company is playing on the desire of competition between whales, which is the only thing that drive us to recharge.

So as a F2P you could make a discord group for each region. inviting all the whales in, which by the way easy to know who are the heavy spenders in each server by just looking at bp. I will be more than happy to stop spending if other whales in my region will do the same.

Bottom line is no mega whales will stop paying unless they see its a unanimous decision.

so good job oasis for ignoring these noob opinion and actually update the game . u are a model company that we should be proud off. if every company run like you ive no doubt that google/apple etc will be a better company following ur example.

The only downfall of this feature is that promotes that so called "position 1 meta" which is not even the features fault because the player base created it in their wish to compete between each other blindly. So these features aren't wrong in their implementations at all except %tactics.

No one ever told you from this company to be fair altogheter to stack move 1. Is a choice player base made and the features has little to no doing in this decision making.

I'd suggest you to think from a gaming perspective, regarding the community, arena,.... Come back when you've realized that you are wrong in almost every way out there. A simple hint if i may *they are rushing something that majority of community cant even tap in yet* So neglecting the low, mid, semy heavy players, and only targeting super whales... in short that's called greed, and quite frankly a * idea to start with, the gap is alredy there and what you wish to pu* even further.... when will people learn to use logic.... Community does not thrive on big players, it thrives on the fact that it's balanced, and somewhat capable to do it on it's own(solo friendly), without spending a bag of cash.
