Hello.
The survey that was posted in News section was not official survey done by us but our moderator team.
We've never claimed or stated that results of this survey will determinate if this specific update will be implemented or not. However, due to the feedback from survey, we've made decision to include ultimate runes in more events and also include more ways how players can obtain them so this update won't have such impact on the game.
But why even do it if it's not offical or it was not gonna affect your judgement in adding this feature ? seems to me like a * and useless move on your part .

se how much everyone have a big fuel you guys pull you never listen to our voice at all. Why was the survey posted last week was it set up what our mindset gonna be voted because you guys want money and were not rich we have lives to deal with not just game a mod have to fix the situation and get things better for the game in the future but you guys step it down when everyone knew what you guys pulling the strings. As i can tell the mods have some disagreement with the level 13 refines which took long to posted cause they know we gonna blacklash. Guess our voice/opinion don't matter right? -

Correction.
Mods completely disagreed. However just as you're expressing discomfort to these updates, they did it directly to Oasis . And of course, to put it bluntly, their opinions were shoved aside.

after a week everyone will move on and whales will be spending again
If this ain't true. Pretty much what happened to x-servers incident.
Players voted No - It happened anyway.
Rune stones - No - It happened anyway.
Epic refines - No - It's about to happen.
Legit took me 2 years to get my Pos 1 equips refine to glow.
Won't I be in Age Care to have my Epic equips to glow?

So you are telling us since tomorrow i will be able to get 150+ advanced refinements per day every day without spending a single coupon and without choosing them in the place of other things in events?
Because this is the amount required to get full level 10 in all the 20 slots within the reasonable amount of time of 6 months unless you remove the hidden riggedness of ranking up from 7 to 10 so that is not unlikely to rank up within 250 rolls from level 9 to 10 (thing absolutely impossible right now)?

If the poll really was going to have no influence one way or the other why wasn't that made perfectly clear from the start? You may have actually gotten a little less backlash if the entire player base wasn't led to believe that filling out that survey could possibly make a difference. Not a whole lot less backlash mind you, but less.

Oh okay so.... the survey is basically a waste of time then. Because a survey in itself, is a tool used to MAKE A DECISION about the topics being surveyed. A survey is used to take things under consideration after seeing the results. Now in a CONSUMER ba
seD GAME, it's financially WISE to listen to your consumers since they control you having a job and making money. If we say we dont want something in the game, and its ob jectively clear the update will hurt the players, YOURE NOT SUPPOSED TO PUT IT IN because customer satisfaction dictates the flow of your employers company. You'll make a lot more money if the players are happy and actually feel like they werent robbed after spending their money. And its abundantly clear the reason why your developers are putting these runes in events; to influence whales to spend on them ANYWAY since theyll want to get a little extra to complete an upgrade. it's not to make the update have less impact on the game. You wouldnt implement it ANYWAY if you cared. It's to tease whales and have them spend ultimately since they'll grow tired of waiting for so long and say,"hey whats a few hundred this time?"

Hello, you are spouting nonsense, we are superior to CN version by far, you prolly are a f2p crying about any update or a mid spender that cant compete with the "whales" let me tell you that this game will be alive only if donation are made, and by "donations" i mean our lovely customers spending their money for getting stronger here... So i am happy for the updates and the fast evolution of this game, we are getting op updates that not even CN has, we should be proud!!! i hope for better and more power features in the new future!!! peace and love !
