Hi! Just an update. I have asked the team and they will be making an adjustment on the glow to appear for Level 10 to Level 13 refinement. At the moment, you will not see it, but it will be adjusted as soon as we can. I will update you guys again as soon as I know more!

Hope they listen at least about this feature, was too sad to see 1st pos. becoming like this after hard work :(
