I just checked it myself and from what I've counted, its only 70 fragments indeed. Well, if that's the case then Omoi [Swimsuit] may possibly be placed in upcoming events like Shinobi Feast or something else alike next cycles. As of now, I don't have any information about it yet but rest assured that if anything comes up, you guys will be informed through a thread.
