Well personally I think trading frags is horrible ideas. It will kill the game, your patience and your game management.
If this ever happens. I could have just asked the biggest spender(s) in the server and to hold those frags and wait for Red Envelop event when I can collect those coupons from this player while get those frags at the same time? Therefore you will get everything for free? NOPE
Let alone 10 Edo Hashi frags. That's greedy as. XD 1 fragment of Susano Itachi costs 800 ingots from whatever that Shinobi Wheel thing.

Well considering it will take 8 weeks and 40k coupons on both side for a solid 80 frags....yeah plus it would need him to offer you something
So you want edo hashi frags he has to return that value with sutachi and also still pay his part, you'll have to give him sutachi frags and pay your part

make it 1 ultra rare frag is 5k
make it 1 super rare frag is 2.5k

Players will find a way to abuse this system to make the game unbalance.

Play at your own pace and thrill your patience, wouldn't that make your game more enjoyable?

p.s. I don't think they will trade Edo Hashi now either. They are probably saving up for his breakthroughs.
