Hello.
There is a lot of factors we've to take into consideration when creating server merge plan. Sometimes, servers that request server merge do not meet all of the requirements and we have to put them in future server merge plans.
I can assure you all of the requests are passed to us and looked at. We always take note of all servers and its players that feel there is something not right on their server and we make sure to investigate it. You may not be part of current server merge plan but it does not mean your server can't take part in the next one.
Our GL from S2 is not doing his job i consider have a different GL from s2 and always request a denial for a merge and thats not right for all of us that needs a merge I dont believe you for a sec my friends already quitting cause we need a merge from S2 which is bull please make things right and be fair i dont believe your text words and you should know the reason why ''doesn't meet the requirements'' when half of our s2 players already leaving cause of the merge issue dont make a forum post asking for merge and majority of us needs it when some of the servers never asked for one. this forum is the right to speak from our opinions and that hurts when some people been begging and asking for a merge please do a right thing and not use GLs as a job for approval or not for merge request just do it.

GLs have no say in this, nor they can decide if server will be merged or not. If you know about GL that claims he or she has such powers or publicly denies your request for merge, please let us know and we will investigate such situation.
As for making requirements public - Unfortunately, we won't do it. The reason is simple. By doing so, players could create "fake" situations were they "would" meet our requirements and would be eligible for merge. We don't want that and it would also create more work for us to double or even triple check if that specific server is really in need of merge or not.
yea our server GL in s2 is using it power since hes buddy buddy with a mod in s2 we have few people in that server have proof why they dont want ''merge with another server'' cause they want everything themselves smh requesting a merge in a forum is a waste when we need a merge we are pretty much dead not sure why let gls do the thing when you never follow our words.
