You c*e any version of Guy. Important points are fire main's imprison chase, Gakido Y mystery to use on Jiraiya after he uses mystery in round 2. Guy is there to add ignition debuff to Karin in round 3. Make sure no one else in your groups teams uses interruption, accupuncture, or immobile on Shizune or Karin. You want enemy to use mystery so they imprison themselves. This is the quickest team for this SA.

EDIT: Normal Guy and purple snake summon are a shorter time saving combo.
