I guess its quite hard getting him from scrolls. I got Fuku-kat yesturday or how is he called and for light main he is pretty useless:D I have formation and Kirin would fit perfectlly with it. I think its random too, honestly dont understand why it would even cost more than the rest.
King of Hell is one thing, since it attacks multiple targets, but KIrin just do the same chase like the rest.

Not many people know this, but you can actually sell summon runes for summon coins. If you do not want power all that much, but need Kirin ASAP, you might consider that. BUT count how much money do you need, and how much will you actually get :D

because most ninjas chase the oposite of kirin so kirin is very strong
