Has anyone here confirmed this? Do you not get duplicates untill you have all the Designated rares?
Or are Designated rares like PAIN - categorized into their own branch? Ex; You can't get anymore pains till you've gotten them all


Why i want to know, is because I do believe Kaizer pulled multiple Pains, but i'm not sure if he had all of them except for Tendo at the time.
I really want path, but i don't want to get a duplicate.. I will cry if i get a duplicate.
