The sakura blossom event is level bugged. You can do it if you are lvl 35 but if you are anywhere in between lvl 30-35 you cant do it even though the event page says lvl 30.
This needs to be fixed soon bcoz ppl are losing time to get it.

no that means you have to be at least lvl 30 anyone higher can take part

That's true, i was 34 yesterday and i can't see the event, but today i'm 36 and i can see it.
