We are not even talking about Event Ninjas needing to be 3*, we are talking about ninjas that are Super Rares to TREASURES like GNW and Kage. If you're going to argue against a point, at least know what the point I made actually is. Heck, even in my giant rant of a post, I even state I understand why EVENT ONLY NINJAS is FINE AT 4* REQUIREMENT.

So what about 3* Hashirama? Its a SR and gets really good for Konoha Support. Should that be 4*?

Keep in mind, you still have to put in resources to Skill Break with Vials and Protection, which gets harder the more you max a skill and gets more expensive. When hashi's skill trial came, I heard it took some people 7k coupons to do it. I spent 10k and I'm still not done. (Mystery won't go to +2 or to its Y Skill and I still have to do his chases) essentially costing me 225 coupons per attempt (maybe a bit more).

You really are underestimating the effort people go to when doing these Skill Trials. Especially when the protection are coupon only (if they're not in event on a wheel)

and based on that, you assume china is a poor country, damm, if it was like that China wouldnt buy debts from other countries...do a bit of a wider research and look at bigger picture.

The reason why Hashirama was 3* was cause it followed how CN was doing it, then Oasis sat down at some point deciding how to gate breakthroughs on these kind of ninjas, the last 3* Breakthrough we seen was Danzo (and we got other Skill Trials and Breaks that required 4* before Danzo was thrown as a 3*.) Of course, no one at the time of Hashirama's breaks being released was actually pulling in Tendo Treasure, they were focusing either Jin/LoL/GNW/Kage. So they figured not a lot of people would have him. (Keep in mind, I would had 4* Hashi if he was gated behind 4* cause I got lucky.) (I got lucky pulling Hashi 2x technically 3 with 1 from treasure a month or 2 ago, but 2 from mission mobilization boxes).

But you act like obtaining these ninjas that normally costs 100s of seal scrolls isn't effort (or sometimes thousands). This is 1 thing I have an issue with how you see things.

I seen Madara's Breaks.

Mystery hits 3 more targets and he does 2 additional standards if you have an Uchiha, or reduce his mystery from 60 chakra to 40.

Standard, 30% more damage or does 30% less damage and can suppress super armor with a lower chance to cause knockdown.

Chase, can be used twice for 10% more damage or deals 30% less damage and deals "weakness (I assume tag)" until the end of the round.

Passive, Attack and Nin is boosted by 5% more and he gains 20% Life when a Konoha Unit uses a mystery or lets you gain 10 chakra and 10% life every time a konoha ninja does its chase.

2nd passive, Attack madara and your crit drops by 50%.

The only "OP" things I see on him is +2 passives. The rest is like "yay, this is a thing now".

But letting them be accessible instantly, still requires you to put in effort as you have to dump resources to gain those breaks and trials.

Probably better off with Anbu Itachi as he can get a 4th Standard and it can remove a debuff on Madara Founder.

But that aside, are you afraid of a lot of players having his breaks right out the gate? Or would you rather just see a ton of EFG and SoSP run around? (I know Kushina teams are a thing) and virtually never see other SR ninjas be used?

The only ones that have access to play with things like SB Madara and the like are either PLANT ACCOUNTS (which Tobei has confirmed exist) or the handful of moronic whales that actually spent THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS for a 6p Madara.

Personally, I would prefer access to these characters so at least I could actually PLAY with them instead of just watching them sit, collecting dust behind paywalls because whales still prefer EG Kakuzu because its easy. I will get stomped either way, but I would at least like to ENJOY having access to characters and playing them.
