Hi,

I've been trying to do a daily recharge, but it keeps saying their is an error with the application. I know I am not being charged, but i have tried through Chrome & Internet Explorer.

I would suggest trying a different recharge method, such as using PayPal rather than trying to pay directly through a credit card. If it still does not work, I would suggest creating a ticket and explaining everything to them.

Recharging through Facebook is currently still down, if you still wish to recharge, I would suggest binding your account to an email, through the user center, then you can recharge through the forums, or through the login page.

Thanks but, how do I bind my acct to my email and recharge through the forum?

I've found how to recharge through the forum, but still need to know how to bind acct to email

When you click the setting bu`tton on the top of the forum, it will lead you to the user center, and it should be an option there.
