I would suggest trying a different recharge method, such as using PayPal rather than trying to pay directly through a credit card. If it still does not work, I would suggest creating a ticket and explaining everything to them.

Recharging through Facebook is currently still down, if you still wish to recharge, I would suggest binding your account to an email, through the user center, then you can recharge through the forums, or through the login page.

When you click the setting bu`tton on the top of the forum, it will lead you to the user center, and it should be an option there.
