What is required to obtain two free SS Convoys a day? I've read that it requires you to be top 50 in an unmerged server, but I'm top 5 and I still don't have access to it whereas other people in my server do.

This can't be the case since people have two SS convoys in my server and it isn't merged

It is indeed true that only merged servers get 2 free SS convoys. You are able to purchase additional attempts but only merged servers get 2 free ss convoys. It is for plunder that you need to be in the top 150 of merged ranked battle to be able to plunder,

It is also possible to obtain passes to participate in an additional SS Convoy, while participating in S convoys, perhaps that is what they are talking about? or you c*ways spend ingots to purchase an additional attempt at an SS convoy
