Save coupons, and seal scrolls, focus GNW Treasure during Rebates. (Go for 300 seals minimum) Then save what you have from the rebate for the next time you do it. Try and get Madara Founder. Use coupons for a strong P1, I'd recommend SoSP Naruto or Skill Broken EFG Kakuzu (keep in mind you also need a lot of power for Skill Broken EFG Kakuzu to work). Try to also time you picking up a strong P1 Ninja during a Fukurokumaru Deals, which can net you another ninja potentially.
