When I first opened my free seal treasure at server 100 I got tenten. I heard everybody are supposed to get free 3-star. Is this a bug and if it is please fix it. Everybody else I ask have karin or kakashi at 4 stars now and i have nothing :)

I got tenten again for my second, right now after 2 weeks of play i have drawn all free seal pulls after every 48 hours and no single 3-star. Maybe it's just bad luck I don't know
