Did you try using wind main with some clones? In this exam you definitely need to them so they can tank some attacks and possibly start a combo for chakra generating.

Exams after a point do mostly need specific ninjas. If the difficulty level is not being reduced, it needs even a combination of stronger ninjas and power. Sage Naruto is the key until a point of exams and later on you need something more exclusive to pass them. There is not always a solution to all the exams with any ninja. There is always a key ninja to be able to beat them.

For example in the above exam, you'll need to stop Hiruzen for example if he dies, because his seal will 100% kill your main damager (Which will probably have full hp there). Naruto and Gaara can do mostly the job till the 340 stage at least, did not try them further myself. I'd suggest you to collect Sage Naruto fragments from the collection system slowly, he'll help you for few stages at least if you skill trial him a bit .Otherwise, Kakuzu is excellent for exams, changing his support ninjas will help you beat almost every single exam stage. Are you close in getting him 4*? He is being offered almost every cycle now, so it should be easy to collect some fragments weekly and once a synergy with Fukurokumaru's Deals shows up to finish him.

As I said again, many exams stage require specific ninjas to pass them. You cannot go around with the most normal ninjas and pass that stage, unless the difficulty level has decreased so dramatically. Beside, when a player has reached over 300 stage of exams, he/she has been for some time in the game, having most of the core ninjas.

If Angel Konan does not work with Hiruzen and Wind Main, try a work around with Jonin Minato if you have him. He can interrupt whole formations with his bonding skill and his chakra costs are very low. Combining him with Konan could be a solution. Otherwise, try to be a bit more patient to pass these exams, eventually you will in the future.

Players are making their choice. I'm really well aware you may dislike the 6 path naruto, however, he is a ninja that helps players massively in many modes, this is why everyone is getting him after all. They can collect him overtime or spend around 18-20k and have a ninja that can support them for a long time, till the collect some more ninjas.
