Try a team with Gaara, Sage Naruto and Kurenai/Any other support or buffer. Fire main may be useful also with his mirror as well in such cases and applying chakra easier with bani chakra passive to fire with Gaara's Mystery on round 2.

Shisui won't be appearing in the daily sign in, as he is a really strong ninja. I'd suggest you to collect him from the different events slowly time by time. His pricing range is around 12-15k nowadays.
