There's quite a mistake about translation here.

Even though the passive says: This unit also becomes immune to debuffs. The correct description should be: This unit IS immune to debuffs. not become. And since there's the sentence: Can be triggered twice each round, so you mistake that after she proc that passive, she will be immune to debuffs.

Conclusion, it's a simple mistake in translation and understanding, not a bug.

And when she got Suppress Immunity from other Kushina, or Madara 10 tails, Fire main sealing mys, Hanzo's +1 chase or Kinkaku's +2 chase, she will lose her Immunity status for that round.

In that same round, if she got buffed by your fire main's mirror mys after she suffer from Suppress Immunity, his mys will clear all of her debuffs, but she will still take in debuffs if she gets any after, because Suppress immune > become immune.
