you can trigger heal + buff removal twice each round, but kushina's mystery cannot be removed until the end of the round so it cannot be cleared by debuff action.
you can remove the paralysis with fire main shield i get his question it clearly says "will become immune to debuff" emphasis on the "will become" meaning she is suppose to be able to at least remove the paralysis but she can not restore her immunity if suppressed by another Pepper Kushina (lol)
