Please make sure to log out from the game via forum or official site, clear cache and then manually login back to the game via forum/main site. It will fix the issue.

Hi,

I already done it, and still same issue occur. Can play for 15 minutes and after than they asked to refreshed. When refreshed, loading screen stop at 13%.

PLEASE ADVISE !!!

I would suggest following the steps Diaske stated above, again. Then if it does not help, try flushing your DNS, you can find a tutorial here.
