If it is this month, then it'll likely be the 22nd or the 29th, as those are the only remaining Thursdays in the month of August. If they aren't added in with the events on those two weeks, then it would not be this month.
Unless you just randomly add them in the middle of an event cycle, but that'd be weird.

bro I noticed that each time someone ask for something like keep this ninja in event bla bla bla the things actually come to events, just need mods to update oasis and she will come very soon.

If you want to provide suggestions then you and everyone that spams the General Discussion with requests should do it in the correct section which is in Bugs and Support and make sure you label the post under Suggestions. Jiburiru and Qv will always redirect there for you to make the request and ask you to look out for the event updates when such updates.

Hi! There is no exact date of when "Tsunade NPC" (the feature) will be released, but it will be released this month =] The team will update you guys when it does become available.

i want to know what it is? plus i want to see kakashi 6th hokage, white fang of the leaf, mito uzumaki the previous jinjuriki and the monk previous jinjuriki too. how they look like and how awesome the skills they are. -

You do know Oasis does not create content as they are only a publisher? Reason people know certain updates will eventually come to our server is because they look at the China server operated by Tencent. That server is the original server and content from that server eventually goes to other regional servers such as the English server. Search the china server on youtube if you are interested in what can be added to our server.

Hi! The Tsunade NPC is actually a place that allows you to get skill books for Skill Breakthrough. Some of the feature includes exchanging duplicate skill books for other skill books, collecting specific materials to craft Skill Books, etc. Note that the Shop does update with skill books every week.
I will forward your suggestion regarding the ninjas to the team =p I cannot make any guarantee, but I can let them know.

Hello!
Tsunade NPC will be updated with new skill books every week. There might be books that can be used for normal ninjas but maybe there are also books for rare ones. Personally, I have no idea yet which books will be there.
