  You can pretty much run Kushina with any main. Like the above suggestions, you can consider to use her and Gaara for example as your main ninjas to build a team. Any main does work and you can simply use as third ninja any other support, for example Sakura GNW, Ino GNW, Kurenai and Iruka. All of the mains do work with these teams by the way.
