I just wanted to double check, upgrading ninja stars changes all of their moves and chakra values, correct?

And, are there any star increases for any ninja that DON'T change their moves?

  • Some Ninjas change their moves when upgrading stars, some don't.

    Do:
    Naruto (Twice)
    Sasuke (Twice)
    Sakura
    Hinata
    Shino
    Kiba
    Shikamaru
    Ino
    Choji
    Neji
    Lee
    Tenten
    Gaara
    Temari
    Kankuro
    Haku
    Kimimaru

    All other characters that have been released don't change skills when upgrading stars, unless Konohamaru upgrades, but I haven't seen that event. ;P
