It depends on how many difficulty reduction is in place. If only 0-1 like what I was facing, I'd wait until you're at at least 410k BP with your carry individual BP at around 145-150k. That's what I did and it still took me the entire day to get from 370 to 380.
My power currently ranges from 194k - 222k depending on the line up I use.
Edo Hiruzen with Shisui sits at 213k meanwhile my 9tails team sits at 216k with my power team being 222k, while my Edo Hiruzen with Edo Asuma team for some reason sits at 194k.
With each individual ninja having their power distributed evenly :P (PS: I don't stack P1 despite being able to at any given moment if I wanted to split my runes and magatamas then putting best gear on P1). -
