I've been playing Naruto Online for a while now and I was trying to login my alt and the password had been changed without me knowing about it. So I pressed the Forgotten Password *on and I did everything. I created an Appeal case. Within 1 day I received a message telling me that it was successful but I still couldn't reset my password. I would suggest you send a ticket to the In Game Customer Service as they will be able to better assist you through the appeal process.
