Chrome has been forcing a message saying that flash is being discontinued in 2020, the only option it gives you is to turn off flash entirely.

A solution is to simply click on the "lock icon" a.k.a the "i in a circle" *on (on the left corner of the url tab) and go to the flash section, select it and "allow flash" again.
