Hi!

You can try the following Lineup for now :

Once you unlock the last mystery skill of your main, make sure to use that later on instead.

I'd suggest you to focus towards Six Paths Naruto. He's in the lucky board at the moment. Make sure to claim some fragments of him. Later on, Itachi Edo is a great ninja as well to be acquired, but starting from Naruto is actually the best choice.
