Well Kankuro kinda tank, more like a puppet tank.
Hinata is good, but both her & Neji is weak against clones/puppets.
Their Hakkeshō Kaiten/the bubble, can't counter the puppets/clones attacks.
Sai also falls under the puppet tank bracket, Kabuto got puppets too, but his puppets is not so good on defense, as they get easily destroyed.
& ofc let's not forget Sasori :lol

Grind Kankuro up to 3*, then he becomes really good.
