Here are few ideas of formations which you can build :


What concerns water main, your best bet is her being position one mostly. You c*e anything that may buff or support her. You can just play around with ninjas such as Darui, Kurenai, Gakido, Ningendo, Chiriku, Sai Suit, anything else with mirror, healing or buffs. Han is important to be there to remove all the buffs and it might be better to always have one mirror with your, for the control ninjas, especially for Edo Itachi. Another example of such a team :


With earth main you can mostly work towards teams that can survive really long enough, since you don't really have a position one ninja, which could work well in the current meta, considering there are too many Six Paths Narutos. You c*e him with Roshi(the issue here is the high CD), Raikage or Sage Naruto position one for example with killerbee and any other support ninja.


What concerns lightning main teams, only full buffs mostly can be used, such as chojuro position one for example, lightning main himself, Hinata GNW, Raikage team which works as lightning main as well the same way with the above earth main team.

I'd suggest you to work towards a ninja such as Six Paths Naruto, then you got a super solid ninja to run as position one and with your current ninjas, you can combine him really great.
