Just figured I'd leave this here because people in S1 asked me to.
The event is really easy to understand.

September Mission Mobilization Video
1. You can just open your map up and look for the blue scroll Icon.
2. Left click on the area it's located your character will autorun to it
3. Find the mission npc in the map (People will usually be surrounding him so cut off seeing other ninja)
4. Talk to the mission dealer twice he will give you 10 missions in total
5. All of the missions are easy to understand (I suggest for the ingot mission you find a friend who is going to top up)
6. Use mission points in the points store for various things. (If you're not interested in Konan and Sasori use it on items of power Stamina Potion, Common Thread, Magatama Pack)
7. Sasori is a very good front line ninja who can heal his own pet. And attack 9 people this is nice for Ranked battle.
8. Konan on her own is solid, but better with multiple Akatsuki present. 5 others would be ideal with her being the 6th can receive her shield and power buff.
9. Make sure if you send someone a mission they know. Also make sure you can trust them to do it. Don't just randomly pick someone on your list for the day.
10. My overall suggestion in this event is Sasori is a very nice pick up to work for. Getting Konan is also solid if you want an Akatsuki team and one in Ranked battle. The items of power I mention above are very useful to you in strength. So weigh to yourself what is more important to you. Another thing to not is the mission packs you can buy for 20 coupons. Seem to have a high rate for ninja than the seals. So now maybe the time for a little gambling on Kisame and Itachi. Who reside in those packs, both those ninja are solid to any group.
