try my matsuri today man every fight was a loss and every player barring the same person twice was over 300k and that was within the 60 seconds this is * fix the *ing thing already a loss should not mean i get a 346k player as my next opponent

Maybe they should change the regular matsuri to the arena matsuri, so power won't be a factor.

Power isn't the basis for getting a match Matsuri, it is based on your level .. I would love to get people same level as mine in my cluster than getting players with level less than me, cuz most of them can rekt me fast .. xD

I'm pretty sure the score system also isn't hard coded an that if match making takes to long itt might pair you with people highe, plus there's dead servers with 300k's so those people your fighting probably very rarely do masuri you just got really unlucky. It's why I auo matsuri with a lower lvl player if it's a win yay if not oh well I can come back collect tthe rewards before the event closes n move on.

It goes over 60 seconds when none that meets your requirements is available. Going over 60 seconds generally means you get matched with a whale.

Yes indeed, that's why when i win 3 matches in a row by being level 105 is almost granted i meet a 500k+ level 105 whale.

Some of the issue is the lack of people close to your power/level not joining as well. I am seeing a much decline in who those type of joining matsuri so I am left with matching with whales regardless of a win or loss

Do you blame them? Its better to not feed people who are stronger than you than to go in and try and fail at getting the matsuri rewards.

there's nothing to feed there. you get nothing useful from matsuri besides the granted sun scrolls that let you not go in battleground or in the weekend events to get them.

personally speaking i do matsuri so i'm not compelled to do matsuri arena and friday battleground to cap sun scrolls (i honestly dislike way more the battleground and i'm rarely on at the matsuri arena time).

technically you can get the cap, provide you do the sun scrolls events over the week, i for once, when i get 5k sun scrolls i just keep the rest for next week so i can easily cap it. i dont bother on weekends

Its nowhere near as bad as bonds. Matsuri I usually get on average 1 win out of 4 matches. In bonds, I usually only win 1 out of 10 matches. Although Matsuri is slowly going the way of bonds. Lower level/power players just don't bother trying. I do matsuri, so I can skip sage battlefield.

People who have 100k more than you (or some considerable amount of power more than you where you can't feasibly win) end up getting Sun Scrolls for winning fights. I can't give them sun scrolls if I don't participate in a rigged system. Last time I went into Matsuri I faced 300k+ players despite being only 180k at the time enough to get me 0 wins. So I won't bother.

But you are going to get owned by them in the same exact way in swb and friday battleground. Imho is way easier for you to get 3 wins there than getting a 10+ streak in swb unless you are a level freezer in a bracket where no whale freezes.

If I don't do Matsuri, what makes you think I even bother with SWB?

It all comes down to get the maximum amount of in game resources you can get within a week and your choice of not getting them. If you are able max Sun and moon coins without doing matsuri and SWB, then fine you can skip it. For me, however, I would rather get as much as I can as it would just hurt my progress if I just don't participate at all. I understand some aren't willing to allow people beat them but they should accept their effort contributes to their progress in any game.

For me (i can't speak for anyone else). I get plenty (not cap) of Sun Scrolls from Ninetails, Cat Quiz, and Ninja Outburst. The only things I spend them on is the Seal Scroll fragments (I want to get Madara Founder from GNW for my 2nd SR). It got to the point that I was gaining more Sun Scrolls than I could spend on Seal Scroll frags replenishing rate. But knowing I am not helping others progress their character is fine by me.
