Most of the time I used Hinata, Main, Sasuke, Guy with the Shark summon. Has a great combo, which can start of with different characters and the life steal from Guy helps with the healing and gives you an interrupt.

You can do it without a healer, but if you feel like you need one, you can swap out Guy for Kabuto.
