That's also true or you mite not be the level required

You can see in the 1st images, that i'm lvl 34, the event req is lvl 30 so i think i should be able to see it.
and about the server not 14 days old, yes i'm in the new server, S120 HK server, but the problem is, some people can do the event :(

same here ... S120 .. i can do sakura blossom but not the event mission dealer .. though im seeing mission dealer npc, but he just give scrolls then i cant do nothing with that ..

How to bind account:
Go to the main website, go to user center (hover your login on the upper right side corner)
And bind account + make nickname

Well, if you server is not old enough you won't see all events.

In server 120, the Sakura event is open on level 35, not level 30 as your announcement said.
The "Missions General Mobilization" event is partly open, as in I can receive "missions" from the dealer guy but in no way can see or complete those "missions".
Please look into it before reply.

I actually just got to lvl 35 earlier, maybe that's the reason

If the bind doesn't work the magic, then i think lvl 35 is the req

The event info is bugged...if you are level 35 you can access the sakura event...while the event page states that it is level 30

Anyway this needs to be fixed as soon as possible
