Because you initiated a Refund it triggers the Refund Clause which locks your account. In order to lift this you need to contact the In Game Customer Service with ALL of the details regarding the transaction as well as the refund as unfortunately this cannot be dealt with in the forum setting.

Please be patient regarding any reply from Customer Service as they work on a HK time frame which may be opposite to you and they also need to verify all the details before giving you the correct reply and this can cause a small delay... If they still haven't gotten back to you then I would encourage you to let me know on Discord and I can look into it further for you. =)
