1＃ Go ToI spent $100 for 5000 gold, yet I didn't completely receive everything. So I put it on refund because this hasn't happened to my this site ever. All that issue resolved it self on its own, so I was like cool, I didn't care for that issue anymore and I even spent more money on that account yet just a few a hours ago This popped up,
I can careless about that refund, again it resolved itself so was happy and forgot about that, yet now today I can't login until I complete a refund?? I need help with this issue, I spent a ton on the frog purse event yet I'm going to lose out on that if thats the case.

Because you initiated a Refund it triggers the Refund Clause which locks your account. In order to lift this you need to contact the In Game Customer Service with ALL of the details regarding the transaction as well as the refund as unfortunately this cannot be dealt with in the forum setting.
Been trying to do that but they haven't replied. If i do, unfortunately, get that refund is there anyway I can send it back to them?
