Hi there,

This is a resolution issue. If you right click the Naruto Application icon > go to Properties > Compatibility > you can select Change High DPI Settings here to select Program DPI and fix the resolution, if this doesn't fix the issue you can unselect Program DPI and select High DPI scaling override.

This should fix the issue =)
