Well, last I knew in CN, each edo Jin has its own treasure. They weren't combined like this. So its no wonder that the SR's won't alternate here.

yep, but the super rare of each treasure is at 200-210 rolls and there are only 2 common rares.
so every 200-210 you use there you are granted to get exactly what you want (like for us is jinchuriki 1 or land of lightning treasures).
what they did here was to merge together two treasures while also removing the sureness to get what you want.
