I suggest you contact the In Game Customer Support and create a ticket in order for them to do a thorough investigation for this. However I do think that when you collected the trophy (since its activated) you automatically received the 100 season points, however your trophy does still show 0/0 completion. Unfortunately this is something only the In Game Customer Service can address! Be sure to provide all the screenshots and all the possible details!
