All browsers act differently on different devices. Chrome is best to use at a library, but on a home pc it might be data mining you, so it may go slower than other browsers. Also Chrome doesnt allow you to scroll on some mobile/tablet pcs, and some touch screen pcs, so it wont be the best option all the time.

In short

Firefox: Best to use on most devices, except may not work at some libraries and may be slightly slower than chrome sometimes

Chrome: Best to use on half of devices mainly because of scrolling problems and or data mining

Enternet Explorer: Just plain S$%# browser. Dont use. Period. Last resort.

Downloadable Naruto online client: Depending on device youre using, sometimes best, sometimes worse due to glitches like not being able to talk. Usually runs fast.
