Just try to focus your coupons on getting Level 4 magma's on all your ninja's. Mood scrolls are a good investment on all your ninja's up to 15% as well.

The best way to improve your BP is via maxing out your group skills.

If you haven't done that already, then get on it ASAP.

tbh I think that's on the low side, but that also means you can easily get it higher. As said before, max group skills, refine equipment, buy magatamas and do 9 tails for money to strengthen.

Well, i have ~12k at 55 lvl without spending ingots on anything expect jounin medal so thats pretty terrible imo

Why not go to 25%? It's the same cost until 25% and the same return on investment. Always do 25%

25% is a safe bet, as well a large part of it is battle armor

I think its not good 13200 power for lvl65. I'm lvl 52 and I have 10,300 :/ anyway try to improve your refiniture,battle armor. Sweep every days ninja exam for magatama and upgrade all to lvl 2/3 and after lvl 4+. Take my fragments of your team and upgrade it. Cultivate and awken all ur team. U are lvl 65 so its a good time to do all your equips anbu!(jonin+1) and for finally strength all ur equips to max lvl that u can do actually. For finally do many team instance so you can take and improve to max all ninja tools. Maybe a good idea can be stop take experience and do it only with daily mission :) u can do about 600+ power every days without exp. ^^

I think youre below what it should be. I have a lvl 66 with 17k and a 63 with 16k. Both would have way more if I logged every day, and im a free player.
