I think its not good 13200 power for lvl65. I'm lvl 52 and I have 10,300 :/ anyway try to improve your refiniture,battle armor. Sweep every days ninja exam for magatama and upgrade all to lvl 2/3 and after lvl 4+. Take my fragments of your team and upgrade it. Cultivate and awken all ur team. U are lvl 65 so its a good time to do all your equips anbu!(jonin+1) and for finally strength all ur equips to max lvl that u can do actually. For finally do many team instance so you can take and improve to max all ninja tools. Maybe a good idea can be stop take experience and do it only with daily mission :) u can do about 600+ power every days without exp. ^^
