@OP Garv is trying to say that our server will most likely have to get him at 4* for skill breaks while China has it at 3*. This should not have been repeated as Oasis has shown it won't put these ninjas at 3* and players should figure out what Oasis would do.

  • I know exactly what he means, but it would be suicide want Super rare only 1 of 2 ninjas in game to be 4* + needed extra 100+ fragments, oas must be avare of this.

As Garv have mentioned, Oasis would be targeting the whales that can instantly get frags needed for skill books. This isn't new news.
