Reasons-
It's been more than 8 months since CN got main breakthroughs, even DE has these main character breakthroughs now. The game is coming to a stage where the me
ta is becoming stagnant and people are not even trying to use other ninjas, adding elemental ninjas will some new creativity to lineups used by the playerba se, the third anniversary celebration seems like the perfect moment to release these. Tsunade NPC was already added at start of 5.0, so making her available now when the pace for releasing breakthroughs has been picked up is highly optimal
I believe GNW shikamaru should be added as he is a good support for many ninja getting breakthroughs now, kazekage gaara for example, Ohnoki,Beheading Sword Kakashi too ( who might get breakthroughs soon). Plus he is not gamebreaking so people will not buy him and thus giving him out for free is a better choice
The game gave Young Adult Jiraiya for a sign in ninja in 2nd anniversary event , it is only logical to give Young Adult Nagato this year to pass on the torch (as nagato was jiraiya's favourite student out of the rain shinobi). Also, people will NOT be interested in buying Nagato as he isn't OP and Edo Nagato already has skillbooks in CN now,which will be more alluring for the long term players.
The ninjas stated above in the breakthrough suggestions have been out for quite a long time and losing their utility in the mid to late stages of the game, the skill trials for these ninjas will possibly be quite useful due to their synergy with the main character breakthroughs/elemental skills.
Since third anniversary of the game is a big thing, such rewards in the anniversary event are surely reasonable enough in my opinion
Lucky Board is one of the favourite events for players to spend on, coupling it with a recharge rebate and fukurokumaru's deals seems like a good synergy of events.
The Recharge rewards in total recharge rebate seem reasonable for their values, 40 fragments of either Ay or Sasuke for 30k ingots seems like a decent price. Heavy spenders will most likely be enticed to recharge due to synergy of events and feel that they are getting their money's worth thus continue to recharge further.
This kind of summons rebate is already present in different versions of the game, keeping it away from the EN version irritates a LOT of the players making them quit. Paywalling is a necessity, but it shouldn't be implemented to such extreme levels which cause players to lash back. (It has happened many times already).
Fukurokumaru deals with these events will be greatly synergised. The rewards seem to be good for both low and high spenders. The First 10k focus solely on power, remaining 10k reduce power items but give fragments of ninjas high in demand, so the deals seem to be well balanced.
The Everlasting Bonds event would be sensible if the events are nice and players are convinced that their feedback is being heard so that they continue to play and thus feel like re-inviting their friends who quit.

How To:
a) Login every day and clear Plot/Elite instances to get Ichikaru’s Ramen. It c*so be directly bought from the Shop.
b) Get 1 Anniversary Point every time you take Naruto out for Ramen during the event. Use the points to redeem for rewards!
c) Players can get up to 20 free daily Ichiraku’s Ramen.
d) Anniversary Points will be reset once the event ends.

a) Reach the given usage of both Coupons and Ingots to get free rewards and be eligible to buy specific gift bags and exclusive prices.
b) All Ingots used in ALL functions, systems, events and interfaces are accountable for "Fukurokumaru's Deals".
c) In what concerns the usage of Coupons, ONLY Coupons used in "Weekly Events" (Hot Topics), "Shop", "Mysterious Cave" and "Battle Armor" will be accountable for "Fukurokumaru's Deals". For example, Coupons used in "Eight Inner Gates", Offer Gifts purchased with Coupons in the Home system to offer to visiting Ninja, Coupons used to refresh the Black Market and Coupons used to revive Characters are not accountable for "Fukurokumaru's Deals".

“Konoha Outlets” event is divided into three tabs.
DISCOUNT STORE
a) Each Store will be opening at a specific time. The detailed time will show up in the Discount Store Interface.
b) Every Store has the fixed closed time, once closing time reached, the specific Store will be closed that players cannot buy anything in this Store.
c) All Stores are on sale!
SCRATCH CARD
a) Consume the required amount of Coupons or Ingots in Konoha Outlets event to get Scratch Card.
b) Moving your mouse to scratch the card to get different Word Plates. The Word Plate you obtained can be used in Reward Center to redeem rewards.
c) Remark: If you don’t obtain the Word Card after scratching, please cle*l shadow region.

a) Use different couple of scratch cards to redeem different rewards.

Login Gifts
During the event, log in to the game to claim rewards, rewards for a specific day cannot be claimed any other day and will not be ac*ulated. Claim your rewards on time!
Log in to the game to claim your Water Guns! Use your Water Gun to give send a water shot flying to another player and get rewards!
Summer Wars
During the event, clear trainings in Rich Field, battle in the Arena and fight for your Ranking in Ranked Battle to get Balloons. Obtain a given number of Balloons to exchange them for the following rewards! (Daily Max. of 10 Balloons.)
Summer Packs
Players can buy valuable packs every day for a cheap price.
Packs will refresh daily, each day has different packs waiting for you!

Requirements: Players must reach Level 11 in order to participate.
How To:
a) Players can choose one side to contribute their Orb of Vitality to. Every contribution will get random points to their side. Land a Critical and get extra points to your side for it! (Critical values and Critical chances are random)
b) The contributions that you manage to get to your side will also be added in the same value as points (Flying Raijin Kunai and Kusari, depending on the side a player picks). Contributions from different sides can only redeem for rewards from that side in the redeeming interface of the event.
c) Orbs of Vitality can be obtained by doing given missions once daily. Orbs of Vitality c*so be bought in the Shop.
d) The event will be open until Jun 20th; however, players won’t be able to take part in it on Jun 20th. On Jun 20th, only players on the winning side can redeem rewards from the event.
Remark: Naruto [Sage of Six Path] and Sasuke [Rinne Sharingan] added to this event.
7. Time Limited Charm Rebate" added.
Want to be more powerful? Upgrade your Charms and get Points! Use those Points to exchange for rewards to fasten your Power enhancement!

How To:
a) Obtain 1 Point for each time you use Charms materials.
b) Reach a given amount of Points to get the corresponding rewards during the event’s period.

Recharge every day and reach a given amount to obtain rewards! New rewards wait for you to claim them! These rewards are refreshed daily, which means you need to claim it on the same day you complete it!!

REASONING
Why Yota? ~ I choose Yota because he's a free ninja that is can be accessible for everyone, and since Sage Mode Kabuto comes in 6.0, he released with Kabuto in CN so I decided to plop him over here and that the would introduce Kabuto in a couple of weeks or so. Also because we get a free nin usually every anni.
Obviously I wanted to add a few more events (Usually we have 13+) but that will be up to Oasis to decide upon.
It's not a anni w/ naruto ramen event and with having Naruto [Nine Tails Chakra] in it
Fuku should be 20k
We need a rebate this week, be it Charms or Refines, however Battle Armor is a no no xD
I do want tree but we just had it so that's probably a no no
Ofc Heart Explosive Pack will be redeemable (i'm not sure where but wherever there is room - probably lucky board)
