Haku 3 star and 2 star are not buffing water units correctly, did several tests on kakashi clone and the only water unit that ever recieved a 40% buff was seven mist zabuza. I tested this with water main, tenten, kisame, and suigetsu and none of them recieved it. This makes or breaks water mains for ninetails and other pve events and this needs to be fixed ASAP.

Haku 3* doesnt even work on Nine Tails World Boss I think.
