[ Bugs ] Mini-Client White Screen

Hello!

As of today, I am having trouble entering the game through the Windows Mini-Client. Every time I open up the application, I get what it seems to be a white overlay or so in the window.


I have tried Running as Admin. I have also Uninstalled and Reinstalled. The only thing that appears after a few seconds is a checkbox that I can tick. I have left it running for about 10 minutes to see if the application 'changes its mind', but that did not help either. I tried clicking around where the login *on would appear, but that did not work.


I am running on Win10 64 bit. Latest version. The client is also on the latest version according to the downloaded file. (2.4.0.12121).

I have never had this issue before. However I did have the issue of most of the time opening the client once to get a white screen, close it, and open a second time for the content to appear normally.


This is not a be-end-for-all situation for me, but I do like practicality. I do not wish to open my browser just to get in the game. If a client is provided to us, then at least have it function normally. I've seen other people have this issue as well.


Open to any suggestions.


Edit: Courtesy of Medusa9, there is a fix to this problem;

Close the window, go in the naruto online folder and delete "debug.log" then open again.


Edit #2: Deleting the debug-log file may not help everyone, however this may help you then (Courtesy of Mk1104):

C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Brotsoft\Player\en\NarutoOnline\temp
*Delete both cache and cookie folder

Deleting the debug log file helped me immediately. Have you tried deleting the cache and cookie folder according to Mk1104?
