Lineup wise you can only play with your mains as most efficient right now. Running them as position one with different buffing ninjas behind. As above stated, I'd suggest you to collect Edo Itachi and Naruto Six Paths from the events, whenever you see fragments of them, grab as many free fragments as possible and when a solid cycle with Fukurokumaru's Deals hits up, use your collected coupons to get some more of their fragments, starting from Naruto first investing wise.
