From Summer collection, she is most useless and least fun to play. Ino is much more worth going, or even Hinata, as the second option. Tho, if you are f2p - low/mid spender, i wouldn't recommend using coupons on these girls.
Don't compare the other Summer Ninjas to Summer Sakura as they all do different roles. Summer Sakura is pretty good as healing support.
