  • Why server 116 only have sakura event instead of 3 events like the others ???
Servers that are not older than 7 days don't get all of the Events since they have still that "New server Opening" event going on.

Sure but for that you would have to spend a few Bucks, for FreePlayers it's meant to give you Frags for the long run. If you want him in this Event immediately you need to invest Money.
