Do things below :
1. Go to newest server
2. Creat a group
3. Gather some core players to your group (max 8)
4. Play normally and hope it will be dead soon.
5. Join GNW and get packs for 8 of you, don't care about the other. If they quit your group just let them go. Since a dead server won't have more than 8 active groups :lol
6. Enjoy your packs everyweek and power up :lol
Eventually in the future all server will be merge so better grind your power first for cross servers pvp than focus on old servers just because the population :lol
